Phones are answered Monday thru Friday and on Sat./Sun. when available. Give us a call, as we cannot always get to email, and we can schedule your inspection. If you leave a message, we can return your call as promptly as possible!
We accept Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Check and Cash. (If by credit card, it needs to be called in the day before the inspection for pre-authorization).

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule, please call our office immediately. We do require a 24 hour advance notice. That gives us an opportunity to replace your inspection with other clients on stand-by. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a full-price fee will be incurred. If the inspection is rescheduled, then a partial fee may be waived, depending on the amount of notice. This will be evaluated on a per case basis. Our time is valuable too, but more importantly so is each client. Options periods are short and inspections slots are limited.
If the property is not able to be inspected due to hazards/impediments present, entry not granted/property not fully accessible, or not cancelled within the cancellation time, full price will be charged for the trip at our discretion.
